Management Trainee – Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals with 2–3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles who are eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
Selected candidates will undergo a 3–4 month structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) program to gain in-depth exposure to our business operations, processes, performance management, and operational frameworks before independently managing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze business data.
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance updates.
- Assist in process improvement, SOP creation, and workflow documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support onboarding, training, task allocation, and operational follow-ups.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Work on business projects and provide data-driven insights.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time MBA is mandatory.
- MBA specialization in Operations, Finance, Analytics, Business Management, or related fields.
- 2–3 years of experience in Operations and Management roles is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in NOAM/EMEA shift timings.
