We are looking for an M365 Support Consultant who will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting of modern cloud solutions. In this role, you will work with global clients, solve challenging technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Deliver L2 and L3 support for Microsoft 365 environments and resolve complex technical incidents 
  • Fixing configuration for core M365 services (Entra Id, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security & Compliance, Intune, Power Apps) 
  • Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures 
  • Participate in technical workshops, internal knowledge sessions and occasional customer meetings 

What we need to see from you

  • Several years of hands‑on support expertise across Microsoft 365 (Entra Id, Exchange Online/Hybrid, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security & Compliance, Power apps) 
  • Experience in taking part in delivering M365 deployments and migrations from on‑premises or other cloud environments 
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, especially in hybrid and complex environments. 
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with customers 
  • Proactive, self‑driven and continuously learning, staying current with the latest Microsoft cloud technologies
