Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily moving and cleaning crews across local service areas
Communicate job details, routes, and updates to drivers and field teams in real time
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and crews on day-of logistics
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to handle delays, cancellations, or last-minute bookings
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, job records, and crew availability tracking
Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate vehicle and equipment assignments to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
Prior dispatching, logistics, or scheduling experience preferred (moving industry a plus)
Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with scheduling software, Google Maps, or dispatch tools
Ability to problem-solve quickly and stay calm under pressure
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Customer service experience with a professional and friendly demeanor
Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
