Responsibilities

· Cornerstone Technical Administration & Configuration

Own technical configuration and reconfiguration of Cornerstone, including security roles and permissions, organizational unit structure, availability rules, preferences, and system settings.

Perform copy downs, basic system maintenance, and other ongoing technical administration.

Manage Cornerstone release cycles, including reviewing release notes, assessing impact, testing in stage, and communicating changes and required actions to the Learning & Development team.

Recommend configuration and process improvements that reduce ongoing administrative burden on the internal team.

· Integrations & Tier 2 Technical Support

Manage and troubleshoot platform integrations and data flows, including HRIS inbound feeds, single sign-on, and connected third-party systems.

Resolve escalated technical issues referred by IT Tier 1 support and serve as the technical point of contact with Cornerstone support for open cases.

Troubleshoot content-related technical issues, including SCORM/AICC package errors, tracking and completion failures, and playback problems, in partnership with Instructional Designers who author and test their own courses.

· Reporting & Dashboarding

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot standard and custom Cornerstone reports to support enterprise, compliance, and site-level training reporting needs.

Build and maintain self-service reporting and dashboards for managers and internal stakeholders.

· Documentation & Handoff

Maintain system documentation, including configuration decisions, permission structures, integration specifications, and reporting inventory, sufficient for internal handoff at the end of the engagement.

Qualifications:

Required

• 3+ years of hands-on technical administration of an enterprise learning management system, including configuration, permissions, and reporting.

• Demonstrated Cornerstone (CSOD) administration experience, including security role and permission configuration, custom report building, and release management.

• Experience troubleshooting LMS integrations, including HRIS data feeds and single sign-on.

• Working knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards and the ability to diagnose content tracking and completion failures.

• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule with limited oversight, and to document work for handoff.

• Strong written communication and the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

• U.S. Person status as defined below

Preferred

• Cornerstone certification, or experience supporting a Cornerstone implementation or migration.

• Experience administering an LMS in a manufacturing, industrial, or field-based environment with a distributed, non-desk workforce.

• Experience configuring compliance and certification tracking, including recurring requirements and expiration-driven assignments.

• Experience supporting training compliance reporting in a regulated or safety-critical environment.

• Familiarity with Cornerstone Edge or comparable extensibility and API tooling.
