The role involves taking full ownership of the LMS and CRM systems to ensure data integrity, participant access, and seamless program operations. Responsibilities include managing course setups, troubleshooting technical issues in real time, and coordinating logistics for training programs.
Role Overview
This is a systems ownership role, not a coordination or support position.
We are hiring someone to take full ownership of our LMS (LearnWorlds) and CRM (HubSpot) systems, ensuring data integrity, participant access, and program operations run flawlessly in real time.
This role requires proven, hands-on experience managing an LMS at the admin level. You must be able to independently manage course setup, enrollments, troubleshooting, and data accuracy without training or supervision.
You will be responsible for ensuring our training programs and support groups operate seamlessly across systems. This includes managing live operations, resolving issues immediately, and maintaining accurate data across platforms.
If you have primarily supported programs, facilitated trainings, or used LMS platforms as a user or trainer—but have not owned the system—this role is not a fit.
