AI Summary

The Listings Business Development Manager will identify and onboard listed companies to the Orderly Network platform. They will manage the end-to-end listing process and collaborate with partners to drive community engagement and trading volume.

Work with the Best

Orderly Network is a combination of an orderbook-based trading infrastructure and a robust liquidity layer offering spot and perpetual futures orderbooks. Unlike traditional platforms, Orderly doesn’t have a front end; instead, it operates at the core of the ecosystem, providing essential services to projects built on top of it.
Our DEX white-label solution is carefully crafted to save builders time and capital while granting access to our bootstrapped liquidity. Picture having the best features of CEXs while keeping settlements on-chain and maintaining full self-custody.

With Orderly, anyone can create a trading application thanks to our seamless plug-and-play experience leveraging our liquidity and composability.

Looking ahead, our grand vision is to create an omnichain protocol, connecting traders from both EVM and non-EVM chains within the same orderbook.

A Glimpse into Your Future at Orderly Network

Orderly is building a differentiated RWA offering: tokenized equities of listed small- and mid-cap companies, available exclusively on Orderly. We are looking for a Listings Business Development Manager to source, pitch, and onboard listed companies across the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other markets. You will also work with them to bring their communities to trade.
This role is designed for professionals from traditional finance who can bring existing relationships with listed companies into the crypto space.
  • What will you be working on?
    • Identify and prioritize target listed companies, with a focus on small-cap names.
    • Build relationships with company leadership, CFOs, IR teams, and their advisors (FAs, ECM bankers, IR firms, market makers).
    • Pitch the value of listing on Orderly: a new liquidity channel, community engagement, and access to crypto-native traders.
    • Drive the listing process end to end, from first contact to go-live, working with internal product and ops teams.
    • Work with listed partners on post-listing community activation and trading volume.
    • Track pipeline and conversion, and report progress against listing targets regularly.
  • About you
    • An established network among listed companies (management teams, CFOs, or IR heads), built through roles in ECM, corporate finance, investor relations, corporate broking, or exchange listings.
    • A track record of bringing companies to a platform or deal, such as IPO mandates, dual listings, ADR programs, or IR client wins.
    • Strong pitching and negotiation skills with senior decision-makers.
    • Fluent English; native speaker preferred.
    • Self-driven and results-oriented, comfortable building an early-stage, unproven business line.
  • Nice to have
    • Listing or BD experience at an exchange, depositary receipts bank, RWA, tokenized equity, or STO platform.
    • Background in a boutique investment bank, a small-cap market maker, or a listed-company IR advisory.
    • Network covering the US, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, or Korea markets.
    • Basic understanding of crypto, DEXs, and tokenized assets.
