About the Role

We are looking for a Linguistic Specialist to join an international team supporting AI, NLP, and speech technology projects. You will work on high‑quality language data creation, evaluation, annotation, and testing, contributing directly to the development of advanced language and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and evaluate text and/or speech data for AI and NLP systems
• Perform linguistic annotation, transcription, translation, and quality evaluation
• Assess outputs of ASR, TTS, and text generation models
• Follow detailed linguistic and technical guidelines to ensure data quality
• Collaborate with project managers and QA teams to meet quality and productivity KPIs
• Provide linguistic feedback and identify recurring quality or language issues

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in one of language: English, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Degree in Linguistics, Philology, Applied Linguistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of language structure, semantics, and usage
• Attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines
• Experience with AI, NLP, data annotation, or language evaluation is an advantage

• Experience with speech technologies (ASR / TTS)
• Familiarity with annotation tools and structured data formats (e.g. JSON, XML)
