We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer (BI) to take ownership of our marketing and business intelligence layer. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and business impact—ensuring our reporting is reliable, scalable, and drives better decision-making.
You will play a key role in improving our marketing reporting platform, building high-quality data models, and partnering with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.
1. Own Reporting Reliability & Data Quality
Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and always available
Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLAs for critical reporting assets
Investigate and resolve data issues with a clear root-cause analysis
2. Build Scalable Data Models
Design and optimize SQL transformations and data models
Improve the performance of datasets and reporting queries
Reduce duplication by centralizing business logic in the data layer
3. Deliver High-Impact BI Solutions
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
Translate business needs into scalable BI solutions
Deliver projects with clear estimation and predictable execution
4. Ensure Data Trust & Observability
Implement data validation checks and anomaly detection
Proactively identify issues before they impact stakeholders
Improve overall data quality across pipelines and reporting
5. Partner with the Business
Act as a trusted partner for Marketing and commercial teams
Define and maintain key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, etc.)
Generate insights that directly influence business decisions
4–6+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering
Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)
Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
Experience building and maintaining data models and pipelines
Proven ownership of production reporting and data quality
Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, etc.)
Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT frameworks
Experience in marketing analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, retention)
