What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you'll focus on growing the agency while delivering exceptional service and personalized insurance solutions to new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, discounts, and available coverage options.
  • Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.
  • Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
  • Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
