The Ellman Agency is looking for a driven, licensed P&C sales professional to join our team. If you're motivated by results, enjoy building client relationships, and want a role where your effort directly translates to your income, we'd love to talk to you.

This can be a fully remote position, but candidates must reside in Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

  • Work provided leads while also generating new business through your own referrals, networking, and prospecting efforts
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and present tailored P&C solutions (auto, home, renters, umbrella)
  • Cross-sell and upsell within an existing book of business to support retention and growth
  • Build and manage a strong client pipeline
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate client records in our agency management system
What You Bring

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
  • Must reside in Pennsylvania (required)
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote role
  • Comfortable using CRM/agency management software and remote work tools
