Lease Team Lead

Key Responsibilities: 

Serve as a Financial Quantitative Analyst and transform and manage lease of lending data.  Process raw data using tools such as Excel Power, Query, custom macros, and Python scripts.  Ensure that best practices are being upheld, optimizing of data workflows and troubleshooting complex issues.  Systematically organize and upload date into a proprietary data structure, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for downstream business processes.  Streamline operations, enhance data integrity, and drive continuous improvements.  Leverage lease lending data for strategic decision-making.  Manage a team of ten (10) Data Analysts and two (2) Senior Data Analysts.  Telecommuting permitted within normal commuting distance of the Camarillo, CA office.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Applied Finance, or related field, plus 3 years of experience.

3 years of experience must include: 

• Automotive lending data aggregation;
• Data analysis and management within the US automotive finance industry;
• Working with automotive finance operations, data systems, and processes;
• Working with automotive finance, data workflows, business logic, and reporting methodologies;
• Microsoft Excel, including Power Query and VBA macros, Python, and SQL.

The annual base salary for this position is $55,827 - $79,685.
