Initially, this role will also support Learning Delivery Analyst activities for assigned certification programs, including learner communications, reporting, program administration, and certification support. This blended experience will provide a strong understanding of how learning programs are delivered, measured, and supported at Liveops while building expertise in LMS administration. You will create and maintain learner accounts, configure and organize courses and curricula, manage assignments and completions, provide learner support, and deliver LMS reporting. Your work will connect reliable learning technology operations with effective learning delivery.
