We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Learning Administrator to join our Business Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering seamless learning events and training programs. This role requires working the EMEA time zone (9AM -5PM CET).
About the Role
As a Learning Administrator, you will support both clients and internal teams in the successful delivery of virtual and instructor-led training programs. You will manage the end-to-end administration of learning events, ensuring all logistics, resources, vendors, and communications are coordinated efficiently.
From scheduling courses and managing enrolment’s to arranging venues, facilitators, accommodation, catering, and training materials, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional learning experience for participants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support annual training and learning schedules across client programs.
Schedule, publish, and administer learning events and course enrolments.
Coordinate with trainers, guest speakers, venues, hotels, catering providers, print suppliers, and equipment vendors.
Prepare and issue joining instructions and learner communications.
Arrange travel and accommodation for facilitators and participants when required.
Respond to learner, client, and stakeholder inquiries via phone and email.
Monitor and achieve established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Support internal teams, clients, and vendors across multiple regions and time zones.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Proficient written and spoken English.
Experience in an operations, administration, customer service, or coordination role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional and virtual teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability.
Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the Learning & Development or Training industry.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience managing training logistics, events, or learning administration activities.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
