The role
As a Leadership and Management Facilitator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role in strengthening leadership capability across Babcock. You’ll deliver engaging management development programmes, coach colleagues to grow their skills, and create impactful learning experiences that shape confident, future-ready leaders. This is a role with purpose — supporting people working across defence, aerospace and engineering, and contributing to missions that protect people and enable national security.
Day‑to‑day you’ll be required to:

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is delivered remotely. Regular travel is required throughout Southern England, including locations such as Portsmouth, Plymouth, Bristol, Lyneham and London.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
