Lead Technical Consultant - (Workday Extend)

 We are seeking an experienced Workday Extend Consultant to support both Workday implementation projects and Application Management Services (AMS) engagements. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday Extend/integrations while partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions throughout the Workday lifecycle. 

 The ideal candidate has strong technical extend skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a client facing consulting environment. Experience supporting Workday Extend and Workday integrations is highly preferred. 

 Responsibilities  

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations and Workday extend app based on client requirements. 
• Develop and configure EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services integrations. 
• Participate in requirements gathering, integration design sessions, testing, and production deployments. 
• Create technical documentation including integration specifications, mappings, and support documentation. 
• Collaborate with Workday functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders. 

 The key requirements are: 

• More than 5 years of overall experience in Workday technical consulting and integrations 
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday Extend development experience 
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio and PECI is mandatory 
• Experience with Workday Orchestrate, Core Connectors/CCW, EIB, Workday Web Services, REST APIs and SOAP APIs 
• Good understanding of Workday Business Processes, security, reporting and cross-module data flows 
• Experience supporting Workday implementations as well as post-production/AMS engagements 
• Ability to independently handle requirements, technical design, development, testing, deployment and production support 
• Strong customer-facing, communication and troubleshooting skills  
• Workday Extend, Studio and PECI should be treated as the primary screening criteria. Candidates without the required hands-on experience in these areas should not be shortlisted. 
• Workday Extend, Orchestrate or Studio/Integration certifications are preferred but are not mandatory.
