AI Summary

The Lead Product Manager will own the product roadmap and development for the ColoWrap 360 analytics platform, managing the full lifecycle from data ingestion to end-user experience. They will also lead the development of internal sales enablement tools and drive alignment across engineering, design, and data teams.

This is a remote position.

ColoWrap Lead Product Manager

ColoWrap is an early-stage medical device company focused on improving the delivery of colonoscopy by addressing one of the most persistent procedural challenges in GI care—looping. As we expand our clinical footprint and deepen our data capabilities, we are building the digital infrastructure that will define how ColoWrap grows, operates, and serves its customers.

We are a founder-led organization building with intention: grounded in clinical reality, guided by evidence, and committed to creating better standards of care. Our next phase of growth requires a product leader who can translate that mission into technology—someone who can build the systems, tools, and platforms that make ColoWrap's clinical impact scalable and measurable.

As Product Manager you will own the product development of ColoWrap 360, our outcomes and analytics platform, from its data foundations through the customer-facing application. You will set direction, make tradeoffs, and drive execution across a cross-functional team—while staying close enough to the clinical and commercial realities of the business to build things that matter.

You are a builder and a translator—turning clinical insight, sales feedback, and operational need into product decisions that move the company forward. This role will grow with the company, and high performers will have the opportunity to expand their scope into adjacent areas.

Key Responsibilities

ColoWrap 360 Platform – Core Ownership
  • Own the product roadmap for ColoWrap 360, our outcomes and analytics platform, from data ingestion through end-user experience
  • Define and prioritize features in close collaboration with clinical, sales, and leadership stakeholders
  • Translate clinical and commercial requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Drive alignment across engineering, design, and data teams to deliver on time and on scope
  • Manage external engineering partners if/as needed for project delivery
  • Design and oversee a reliable, scalable data pipeline that ingests procedural, clinical, and operational data
  • Define data quality standards and ensure the integrity of data flowing into downstream tools and reports
  • Identify and evaluate third-party data sources and integration opportunities that enhance platform value
  • Make build-vs-buy decisions for ETL tooling and infrastructure in coordination with technical leadership
      Sales Enablement Tools
  • Lead product development of internal tools that help the sales team access account data, track clinical outcomes, and demonstrate ColoWrap's value to customers
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand workflow gaps and translate them into product solutions
  • Ensure sales-facing tools are intuitive, accurate, and maintained as the business scales
      Early-Stage Execution & Ownership
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where process is still being built
  • Take ownership of product outcomes—not just delivery milestones—with a bias for practical, shippable solutions
  • Identify and resolve ambiguity quickly, escalating when necessary and deciding when possible
  • Help establish product management practices, templates, and norms as the team scales
      Platform Expansion (Growth Opportunity)
  • As ColoWrap's platform needs evolve, take on expanded product ownership in adjacent areas such as regulatory compliance standards and systems, internal operations tooling, and more
  • Develop and maintain a point of view on the broader technology architecture that supports ColoWrap's long-term growth
  • Identify opportunities to create leverage across product lines through shared platforms and data

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally including at least one early-stage or high-growth company
  • Demonstrated experience owning data-heavy products—experience with data pipelines, ETL workflows, or analytics platforms strongly preferred
  • Comfort working across the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, delivery, and iteration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to write crisp specs and present clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with engineering teams in an Agile or similarly iterative environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make clear tradeoffs under uncertainty
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or clinical workflows a plus—but not required
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), BI tools, or customer-facing web applications a plus

What We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation, comprised of base salary and quarterly performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits; employee premiums 100% employer paid
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing, innovative Company
  • Ongoing professional development and training
  • Opportunity to earn equity-based compensation
