How can you make a difference?  

This assignment aims to support the UNICEF CoE Bangkok in the development and implementation of household surveys of lead exposure.

Minimum requirements:

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent in Environmental Sciences, Public Health, or other related technical field with significant measurement or analysis component is required;
  • Work Experience:
    • At least 8 years of work experience on lead measurement in an LMIC context.
    • Experience in standard tool development for Pb measurement surveys;
  • Language requirement:
    • Native or near-native proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
    • Knowledge of another UN language is an asset;
  • Skills:
    • Computer skills: Competent in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ODK.
    • R, Python, SPSS, Stata and GitHub experience is an asset;
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
    • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills
