Position: Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Guidewire Production Support – PolicyCenter professional with strong Personal Lines, SQL, and Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support experience. The ideal candidate will lead and provide hands-on L2/L3 production support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshoot complex production issues, and ensure application stability and operational excellence in a Guidewire Cloud environment. Strong experience supporting PolicyCenter applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving timely issue resolution is required.
Key Responsibilities:
7–10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Guidewire Production Support and Application Support
Hands-on experience supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter with strong knowledge of Gosu, PCF, RuleSets, Validations, and configuration troubleshooting
Strong experience providing and leading L2/L3 Production Support for PolicyCenter applications
Strong Personal Lines insurance experience is required
Strong SQL expertise for data analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution
Experience monitoring application health, logs, integrations, batch jobs, and system performance in production environments
Ability to lead offshore/onshore support teams, coordinate incident triage calls, and drive issue resolution across L1, L2, and L3 support teams
Experience supporting production releases, deployments, post-production validations, and change management activities
Collaborate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure timely issue resolution and continuous improvement
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent analytical, leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Guidewire Cloud experience and/or Guidewire Cloud Certification is highly preferred
