This is a remote position.
Our client, a premium supplier of high-end bathroom fittings and luxury tiles, catering to sophisticated residential and commercial projects is seeking a polished, articulate, and organized Lead Generator & Sales Support Assistant to maintain their momentum with key industry stakeholders. This is a fully remote, part-time role (10 hours per week) designed for a proactive communicator who understands the nuances of the luxury design market.
Your primary focus is to breathe life into our existing CRM data and ensure our brand remains top-of-mind for industry professionals.
Responsibilities:-
· Systematically follow up on existing leads and "warm" opportunities within the CRM.
· Conduct professional outbound calls to Architects, Interior Designers, and Property Developers.
· Meticulously update client records, upload relevant documents, and log detailed notes to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate.
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable navigating conversations with high-level decision-makers in the design world.
· You possess a sophisticated phone manner—confident, persuasive, yet never "pushy."
· Previous experience in luxury retail, architecture, or the construction sector would be an added advantage
· You are disciplined with CRM Knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
