Moving Space Forward
Rocketdyne is back — and we're just getting started.
We are unleashing decades of unrivaled flight heritage to power the most critical missions in space today, from the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope to an MMRTG journeying to Saturn's largest moon. National security space is shifting to proliferated constellations, creating compounding demand for exactly what we build.
If you want to do the most important work of your career at a company where One, Trust, and Bold are a way of life, Rocketdyne is your place.
The Role
The Lead, Finance – Oracle Functional Support will serve as the primary functional expert for Oracle Financials within Rocketdyne’s Finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of Finance and IT — supporting Oracle users, improving system performance, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the financial data that enables our teams to operate with speed, clarity, and confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who brings deep functional knowledge of Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12), understands how financial processes translate into system behavior, and can partner closely with cross‑functional teams to improve the platforms that power our business. You will help define requirements, troubleshoot issues, support enhancements, coordinate testing, and ensure that the financial systems supporting our growth remain reliable and scalable. While the role is housed in Finance, it will maintain a dotted‑line connection to our IT Applications leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise system standards.
You will not write SQL queries directly against the production database; instead, you will leverage approved reporting infrastructure such as Snowflake, per governance guidance.

The Principal Strategy Analyst will help shape where Rocketdyne goes next.
This role sits at the intersection of market intelligence, competitive strategy and enterprise growth — developing the insights Rocketdyne's leaders need to make informed decisions about where we compete, where we invest and where the next opportunities are emerging.
You will independently lead strategic analyses across Rocketdyne's space, defense, propulsion, power and adjacent markets, developing a deep understanding of our customers, competitors, technologies and industry dynamics. But this role isn't simply about gathering data or reporting what happened. We need someone who can determine what the information means for Rocketdyne, why it matters and what we should consider doing about it.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You know how to take a complex strategic question, structure the analysis, find the signal in large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information, and turn it into a clear point of view senior leaders can act on.
