We are looking for a Lead Content Manager to join our team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Editing and reviewing text datasets;
  
• Creating new text datasets;
  
• Testing new versions of the bot;
  
• Data annotation and labeling;
  
• Creating additional creative content.

We expect from you:

• English proficiency: C1 level or higher;
  
• Russian proficiency: C1 level or higher;
  
• Data editing experience, particularly with text-based datasets;
  
• Experience creating and annotating datasets for model training;
  
• Ability to independently establish standards and guidelines, including style, tone, level of explicitness, and quality criteria;
  
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills: ability to identify whether a bot’s issue is related to the dataset, prompt, or model based on testing results, and propose an appropriate solution
  
• Deep understanding of different audiences: strong knowledge of what works in conversations, including flirting, escalation, engagement, and retention mechanics
