YOUR IMPACT
As a Lead Consultant you will work in a highly motivated team together with Sales Experts, Solution Consultants and OpenText partners in the Nordics and Northern European area.
With a lot of personal responsibility, you will closely work with the customers to present, develop and implement OpenText Content Management solutions by using your excellent communication skills and technical competence. Besides your working language (Finnish and/or Swedish) very good skills in English are required to work in our international environment. Any additional spoken language is an advantage.
With your previously acquired knowledge in Information Management related technologies, you quickly realize opportunities and never lose sight of the big picture. You tackle problems actively and responsibly and find pragmatic ways to solve them. You react flexibly to demands and customers’ needs and enjoy working in a team and with our international clients.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Performing requirement analysis at the prospects and customers by investigating the business processes and by identifying the potential Content Management solution suitable for the need
Demonstrating the strengths of our products directly at the customers by making presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations
Preparing and driving/performing technical workshops with the customer
Consulting and guiding the customer to a proper technical solution
Creating technical/functional solution documents (implementation documents) for our software and the requirements of the customers’ projects
Setting up Content Management projects together with our (Nordics and international) consultants, the partner(s) and the customer to guarantee a successful project delivery and implementation
Acting as technical and organizational lead, mentor and expert during the project lifecycle
Defining and coordinating technical work packages together with the Project Manager
Doing quality assurance on the work packages together with the technical subject matter experts
Acting as technical trusted solution advisor for the customer
Helping in identifying potential opportunities both for license sales as well as projects
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in information management systems, software development, or IT consulting roles
Be proficient in both Finnish or Swedish as well as English (spoken and written)
You have a good IT background with a focus on technical perspective; development skills are also welcome
You are familiar with IT architecture and IT systems (client/server technologies, network architecture, Operating Systems, databases, cloud, containerization, …)
You show a high level of commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies / products
You have the ability to take ownership of technical work packages and have the willingness to coordinate and drive the projects to success
You have a structured way of working and coordinating the technical experts in the team and the available skills and resources in the company
Knowledge of core OpenText products (Extended ECM, Documentum D2, etc.) is highly beneficial for the position
You have very good analytical and conceptual skills to identify room for improvement and design solution concepts therefore
Exposure to OpenText Extended ECM for Microsoft 365 and its integration with Teams, SharePoint, and the wider Microsoft 365 platform is highly desirable. Additional experience with SAP (ERP, CRM, SuccessFactors), Salesforce is a plus.
