We’re looking for a hands-on Klaviyo VA to help us deliver the right message, to the right pet parent, at the right time—through email and SMS. If you love seeing your work drive results, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
 

Klaviyo Flows & Automation

• Build and manage flows like welcome series, abandoned carts, post-purchase education, reorders, win-backs, and subscription nudges
• Keep flows clean, live, and error-free
• Make every message helpful, friendly, and on-brand

Email & SMS Campaigns

• Create, schedule, and QA weekly campaigns
• Align messaging with promotions, education, and seasonal pet health moments
• Ensure personalization, links, mobile formatting, and compliance are spot-on

Segmentation & List Management

• Build smart audience segments (first-time vs repeat buyers, product type, engagement level)
• Keep lists clean, suppress unsubscribes, and ensure Shopify sync is flawless

Performance & Optimization

• Track open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue per recipient
• Help run A/B tests (subject lines, send times, CTAs)
• Spot underperforming flows and suggest improvements

Reporting & Communication

• Share weekly/bi-weekly performance summaries
• Document updates and changes for team visibility
• Flag issues, opportunities, or ideas proactively

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience using Klaviyo
• Experience supporting Shopify e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of email & SMS best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and QA-focused
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in pet, wellness, or supplement brands
• Familiarity with subscription/replenishment products
• Knowledge of SMS compliance & opt-in rules
• Canva or basic email layout skills
