We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build strong partnerships with new clients while optimizing our existing customer base.

Territory: Saskatchewan

This is an individual contributor role.
Ideally, you reside in Saskatoon.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Play a leading role in maintaining business relationships with our clients by optimizing their accounts and developing new opportunities, as well as acquiring new customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a strong and trusting relationship with assigned clients
• Leverage untapped opportunities, identify client thresholds, and generate organic revenue growth
• Manage accounts to ensure SPI delivers the highest level of required service
• Collaborate with the SPI team to ensure all client issues are resolved
• Manage communications between key accounts and internal support teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in industrial product sales;
• Experience with health and safety products and solutions is an asset;
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office;
• Ability to work independently from a home office;
• Valid driver’s license;
