FinteqHub is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our PSP Business Development team. We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional who will manage strategic PSP partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the expansion of our payment ecosystem.

Purpose of the role:

To develop and strengthen relationships with key payment partners, drive revenue growth, and maximise partnership performance. The role serves as the main point of contact for PSPs, ensuring effective collaboration, identifying new commercial opportunities, and supporting the achievement of FinteqHub's business goals through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with current PSPs. This means being the first point of contact, responding to their requests, finding ways to optimise AR and other indicators, and cooperating directly to develop our partnership.

  • Identifying new opportunities and maximising revenue (margin) from key PSPs.

  • Signing referral agreements and bringing new clients through them, negotiating the discounts.

  • Developing and executing plans with current PSPs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Identifying potential growth areas, exploring new directions/solutions/features/channels and monitoring progress.

  • Collaborating with other departments, such as BizDev, Tech team, Treasury and BAM.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or a similar role.

  • Advanced English proficiency, as both internal and external communication is conducted in English.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

  • Experience in the FinTech or Payments industry.

  • Previous experience working with Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.

  • Experience in Gambling, iGaming, or other high-risk industries.

  • Experience in the Banking sector.

  • Russian language proficiency.
