About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Recruiter with at least 6 months of headhunting experience to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, experienced in sourcing candidates through different channels, and familiar with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

This role is fully remote and offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international recruitment projects while working with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

-Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

-Conduct proactive headhunting for various positions across multiple industries.

-Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.

-Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.

-Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.

-Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

-Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

-Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

-Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

-Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring targets within specified timelines.

-Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the Recruitment Team Lead.

Requirements

-Based in the Philippines.

-Minimum 6 months of proven experience in recruitment and headhunting.

-Previous experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

-Experience using any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

-Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-Good command of English, both written and verbal.

-Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience working on international recruitment projects.

-Exposure to volume hiring and niche recruitment.

-Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn sourcing strategies.
