Junior Promo Manager

What to expect of your role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Promotion Manager to join our team in the fast-paced and exciting iGaming and Betting industry. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of promotional campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and retention.

Working closely with Promo Managers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience across different areas of promotions while developing your knowledge of the iGaming and Betting industry.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Some experience in marketing, promotions, CRM, or a related field;
  
• Experience in the iGaming and Betting industry;
  
• Good communication and organisational skills;
  
• Strong attention to detail;
  
• A creative mindset and interest in developing engaging promotional campaigns;
  
• Basic analytical skills and an interest in working with data;
  
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work within deadlines;
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams;
  
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop;
  
• Good command of English.
  

You will be expected to:

• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns across different products and markets;
  
• Assist with the creation and management of engaging promotional campaigns;
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support successful campaign delivery;
  
• Help ensure promotional content and campaigns are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time;
  
• Monitor campaign performance and support the team with basic reporting and analysis;
  
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify relevant trends and opportunities;
  Support the Promotions team with ongoing campaign activities and day-to-day tasks;
  
• Develop an understanding of customer behaviour and use these insights to contribute to future promotional activities.
