  • Maintain reliable visibility of bank accounts, mandates, signatories, payment approvers, KYC items and unresolved bank queries; promptly escalate material gaps, restrictions or control concerns.

3. Project delivery support

  • Convert project requirements into structured deliverables, milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates, and keep agreed actions moving between meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, information requests, presentations, trackers, submission packs and decision materials to support timely delivery.

4. Governance, documentation and action management

  • Maintain current trackers covering actions, owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks, decisions, submissions and escalation points.
  • Produce concise meeting agendas and records that capture decisions, actions, owners and target dates.
  • Maintain accurate, consistently named and version-controlled records that support review, audit, absence cover and handover; handle confidential information only through approved channels.

5. Risk, escalation and improvement

  • Identify operational, documentation, compliance, timing, stakeholder and delivery risks early; resolve routine issues within delegated authority.
  • Escalate material matters with a concise statement of the issue, impact, actions taken, options and decision required, then track the agreed response to closure.
  • Improve recurring work through practical checklists, templates, trackers and documented practices that reduce rework, errors and avoidable delay.

Success measures

  • Routine requests and calls are handled confidently, with clear ownership and dependable updates.
  • Documentation and submissions are complete, accurate and accepted with limited rework.
  • Actions, risks and blockers are visible, escalated proportionately and progressed to closure.
  • Project and treasury records remain reliable and usable during review, audit, handover or absence.
