(Junior) Process & Project Manager (f/m/x)

Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on Process Automation & Digitalisation Manager who enjoys simplifying complex business processes and turning ideas into practical solutions. You combine strong process thinking with technical curiosity and use automation, AI and digital tools to create measurable business value.  
  
If you join us, you will drive transformation initiatives in close exchange with business stakeholders. With the goal to find improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and implement practical digital solutions.  Rather than stopping at concepts or requirements, you will build and test proof-of-concepts, coordinate implementation and help embed new ways of working in daily operations. 
  
You will be the bridge between business needs and the real implementation. Ensuring that ideas are translated into measurable results. Over time, you will take ownership of your own digitalization and AI initiatives to power every journey - fast, joyful and without limits across Europe. 
  
Improve and Optimize Business Processes 

• Analyseend-to-end processes across business functions andidentifybottlenecks, manual work, controlgapsand improvement potential.
• Challenge existing ways of working anddeveloppragmatic future-state processes with a focus on simplicity,scalabilityand measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops to understand current ways of working andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
• Create andmaintainprocess documentation using BPMN standards.
• Develop practical and scalable solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.

Build and implement automation and digital solutions 

• Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code,AIand other digital technologies.
• Translate business problems into practical solution concepts and rapidlyvalidatethem with users.
• Configure simple workflows, automations, digitalassistantsor reporting solutions independently whereappropriate.
• Work with IT, data teams,vendorsand implementation partners when solutions require enterprise architecture, integrations, securityreviewor production support.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies based on business value, usability, scalability,riskand implementation effort.
• Turn successful prototypes into sustainable solutions with clear ownership,documentationand support models

Drive Transformation Projects 

• Independently plan and deliver small to medium-sized cross-functional projects frominitialproblem definition through implementation and handover.
• Structure project activities, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  
• Prepare fact-based decisions and escalate only where management input or trade-offs arerequired.
• Contribute to larger strategic transformation initiatives as a workstream lead or subject-matter expert
  

Drive Adoption and sustainable Change 

• Support business teams throughout the implementation of new processes and solutions.
  
• Coordinate communication, training, and adoption activities.
  
• Establish clearprocessownership,governanceand documentation so improvementsremaineffective after project completion.
• Collect feedback,monitoradoptionand continuously improve implemented solutions.
• Build trusted relationships across functions and act as a constructive challenger and implementation partner.

Your profile

• 3-5years of professionalexperience in ProcessManagement,  DigitalTransformation, Operations Excellence, Business Analysis,automationor projectmanagement.
  
• Proven experience implementing process improvements or digital solutions—not onlyanalysingor documenting them.
• Practical experience with at least one workflow automation, low-code, RPA or AI platform, such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, SAP Build, UiPath, n8n, Make or a comparable solution.
• Experience creating proof-of-concepts,prototypesor minimumviablesolutions tovalidateideas quickly.
• Ability to bridge business needs and technical implementation and to communicate effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage small to medium-sized projects and deliver tangible results with limited supervision.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a comparable field
  Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Structured and analytical problem-solving approach, combined with curiosity and a strong implementation mindset.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and implementation activities.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. 

Nice to have 

• Experience with process mining or process intelligence tools, such asCelonisor SAPSignavio.
• Knowledge of APIs, data integration,SQLor basic scripting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365 or enterprise workflow environments.
• Lean Management or comparable continuous improvement training.
• Experience working in an international, fast-growingor transformation-orientedorganisation.
