Must be fully available to attend and coordinate Government meetings between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday.

Collect, format, and organize recurring status-report inputs from multidisciplinary technical teams to feed final executive updates.
Enforce absolute document control and a strict proofreading discipline to guarantee zero-defect text packages and report outputs for senior leadership.
Act as the logistical lead for data-call coordination, gathering required reference numbers and team inputs during sudden or unexpected Government requests.
Oversee and optimize everyday group collaboration tools leveraging Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent collaboration platforms.
