Qualifications

  • Required: Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields).

  • Preferred: Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a professional or educational setting; strong communication skills.

  • Location Requirement: Fully remote; West Coast residency preferred.

Months 1–3 (Hourly/Intern Phase)

$25.00 – $32.00 per hour (Focus on structured onboarding and system training).

Full-Time Base Salary Range

$65,000 – $75,000 per year (Triggered upon graduation to independent queue management).

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

$72,000 – $85,000 per year (Includes 10%–15% variable bonus based on onboarding milestones).

Month 6 Performance Review

Potential 5% to 8% salary increase or milestone-based adjustment upon proven autonomy.

Month 12 Merit Review

Standard annualised tech review (typically 3% to 5% cost-of-living or performance-driven step-up).
