Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Global Dayforce Support team within IT. You will support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Dayforce HR system across the business, working closely with HR, Payroll, and regional IT teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes and issues, and help implement solutions that improve system efficiency and user experience globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements related to Dayforce modules (HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.) across global regions
• Assist in configuring and testing Dayforce workflows, forms, and configuration
• Work with stakeholders across various regions to identify process improvements and translate them into system requirements
• Help troubleshoot and resolve system issues escalated from regional teams, working with the Senior Business Analyst to prioritise and resolve
• Create and maintain support documentation, including process maps, user guides, and test scripts
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates, patches, and new feature rollouts including change control
• Assist with data validation and quality checks within Dayforce
• Provide first-line support to key Dayforce contacts globally to resolve tickets raised in our HALO platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) on projects and change initiatives
• Support the Senior Business Analyst in maintaining global standards and consistency across Dayforce configurations

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Experience working in a global or multi-regional support function
• Some experience with HR systems; Dayforce experience is a plus but not essential
• Good understanding of HR or payroll processes is desirable
• Exposure to system configuration or testing in an HRIS environment
• Basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Agile or project management methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work across different regions and time zones
