The Role
This role sits within our Sales and Business Development function, focusing on opening and expanding the exciting new markets of Greece and Cyprus. As a Junior Sales Representative based in Athens, your purpose will be to drive the adoption of the EasyPark Application. Serving as the primary point of contact for all operators and municipalities, you will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle. This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for a collaborative individual to make a significant impact on urban mobility. You will work closely with local stakeholders, internal service delivery teams, and established partners to build our presence and grow our footprint.
How to make an impact
Own the market entry: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to introduce and scale the EasyPark mobile app across public municipalities and private operators throughout Greece and Cyprus.
Build integrated solutions: Coordinate directly with country-wide hardware resellers to package software and hardware into a single, comprehensive market proposal.
Unlock off-street opportunities: Establish strategic partnerships with commercial parking operators and local parking technology providers to capture the off-street parking market within your first 6 months.
Streamline service delivery: Collaborate with internal configuration and customer care teams to ensure new client contracts transition into smoothly deployed, high-performing local services.
Maintain active market presence: Cultivate strong client relationships through frequent regional travel, dedicating one week per month on the ground to accelerate growth in Cyprus.
About you
You are a driven, consultative builder who is energized by the challenge of establishing a brand in a new territory. Instead of waiting for a playbook, you are curious enough to figure out local market dynamics and resilient enough to handle the early stages of market development. You thrive on collaboration—whether you are working with internal technical teams to resolve a configuration detail or aligning with a hardware reseller to pitch a joint proposal. You don't just want to sell software; you want to sit across the table from city officials and operators to change how people move through their cities.
Your background
Language proficiency: Professional fluency in both written and spoken Greek and English is required to engage local stakeholders and collaborate with our global team.
Sales foundation: Early-career experience (1+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or account management, ideally dealing with long or multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Partnership alignment: Experience or strong aptitude for working alongside third-party channel partners, technology providers, or hardware resellers to deliver joint solutions.
Mobility exposure: Basic familiarity with the parking ecosystem, smart city initiatives, or localized SaaS deployments is highly advantageous.
Travel readiness: Ability and willingness to travel frequently across the region, including a consistent commitment of 1 week per month in Cyprus.
