Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, empathetic support to Italian-speaking users of the social media platform via live chat, email, and ticketing systems, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Review and moderate user-generated content on the social media platform in accordance with community guidelines, platform policies, and content standards.
  • Investigate and escalate reports of inappropriate content, suspicious activity, or policy violations, ensuring a safe and positive experience for the Italian-speaking user community.
  • Assist Italian-speaking users with account management issues, including login difficulties, privacy settings, and profile configuration on the platform.
  • Stay continuously updated on the latest social media platform features, product updates, and policy changes in order to deliver accurate and relevant guidance to users.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with Italian-speaking users.
  • Valid EU passport or the legal right to live and work within the European Union (mandatory).
  • A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for social media platforms, digital communication, and online communities.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail, grammar, and tone — particularly important when moderating and responding to content on a social media platform.
