We are currently seeking a motivated professional for an Italian Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end car rental bookings for Italian-speaking clients within the travel sector.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle options, insurance packages, and travel itineraries.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding rental agreements, billing, and vehicle availability.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless service and professional communication.
• Coordinate with international branch offices to ensure vehicle readiness and customer needs are met.
• Process reservations and modifications accurately using advanced travel industry software.
• Upsell additional travel services and value-added rental products to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and web-based tools.
