The IT Transition Manager will oversee transition planning, execution, and risk management while ensuring continuity of IT services. They are responsible for coordinating knowledge transfer and communicating project progress to stakeholders using ITIL processes and project management methodologies.
CTG is seeking to fill an IT Transition Manager position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months
Duties:
Manage IT transition planning, execution, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
Validate transition plans and deliverables with project teams.
Coordinate knowledge transfer and ensure continuity of IT services.
Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders.
Apply ITIL processes, project management methodologies, SLAs, and KPIs.
Skills:
IT transition and project management.
Knowledge of ITIL, IT service delivery, and IT governance.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Experience with project management and IT service management tools.
Experience:
Experience managing complex IT transitions or service delivery projects.
Proven ability to coordinate teams, manage risks, and meet project milestones.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $37.00 to $40.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
