Visual Edge IT is seeking a talented IT Systems Engineer – Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure who is passionate about technology, thrives on solving complex technical challenges, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, supporting, and optimizing Microsoft cloud technologies while serving as a key escalation resource for advanced technical issues. You'll work across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and supporting infrastructure while partnering with cybersecurity and IT leadership to ensure our environment remains secure, reliable, and scalable.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced systems engineer who enjoys balancing project work, infrastructure improvements, and advanced technical support while making a meaningful impact across the organization.

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, MS-900, MD-102, SC-200, or equivalent cloud and infrastructure certifications.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar enterprise ticketing solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices for service management.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed or remote workforces in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
