IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist at Savior Renovations LLC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our technological infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that support our mission of delivering exceptional design and service. You will work closely with our staff to troubleshoot technical issues, maintain hardware and software systems, and optimize IT resources. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
• Install, configure, and upgrade company IT equipment and software to ensure reliability and security.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects, including new systems or infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Train and support employees in the use of computer systems and applications to improve productivity.
• Document internal procedures, maintain IT inventory, and collaborate with vendors for service and support.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS platforms, as well as office productivity software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical staff.
• Familiarity with network security practices and data protection.
