What You'll Do Business & IT Partnership Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives. Provide regular updates on project progress, system enhancements, and issue resolution efforts. Requirements Gathering & Analysis Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify performance gaps, technical deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, process changes, and implemented solutions. Solution Development & Operational Support Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions that improve system functionality and performance. Support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues to minimize operational disruptions. Apply knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), APIs, and web applications when troubleshooting and implementing technology solutions. Monitor ongoing system effectiveness and recommend improvements. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize IT systems and business processes. Support technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and organizational effectiveness. Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Required Qualifications Graduate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT operational role with a focus on business analysis and systems improvement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment. Technical Skills & Experience Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools. Experience with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting. Understanding of IT systems, operational processes, and systems improvement initiatives. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and web-based applications. Remote or hybrid work options available for various positions.   Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $88,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.   Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role.
