The IT Infrastructure Lead will define and implement global strategies for Identity and Access Management, SAP security, and Operational Technology security. The role also involves managing IT service delivery for manufacturing sites and ensuring secure, scalable technology architectures during organizational transitions.

About Us
Original Composites and Fibers is a global leader in glass reinforcement solutions for the composites industry. Recently separated from Owens Corning, the business now operates independently under the Praana ownership model, continuing a strong legacy of innovation, manufacturing excellence, and customer partnership.

With more than 4,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to redefining what's possible through a performance-driven culture centered on safety, quality, sustainability, inclusiveness, and employee development.  Guided by our values of passion, ownership, and team spirit, we work together to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service across the globe.

About the Role
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Lead with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM), SAP Security, and Operational Technology (OT) Security to support and evolve our infrastructure and security environment across global operations. Based in the United States, this role will play a key part in delivering secure, scalable, and resilient access and security services aligned to business and manufacturing operations worldwide.

This position will lead global implementation and operation of modern IAM capabilities, secure SAP environments, and enable the protection of manufacturing systems through robust OT security practices. The role will serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, with responsibility for defining identity strategy, establishing architectural standards, and ensuring consistent, secure access models across enterprise IT and OT environments.

Original Composites & Fiberglass is a business unit of the Praana Group. Original Composites & Fiberglass was recently acquired by the Praana Group. The path ahead will be dynamic, full of change, and expected to be fast paced. The business operates from twenty (20+) locations across the globe. The information technology environment supporting our new company is being built from the ground up in terms of IT infrastructure and applications with the opportunity to leverage new technologies and new ways of thinking as we look to end a transition services agreement associated with the acquisition as soon as possible. Our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) landscape is comprised of multiple instances across the globe. We seek to consolidate and simplify our ERP landscape to drive efficiency and effectiveness in our operations for decades ahead.

All IT team members may be assigned IT Engineering responsibilities, focused on designing, building, and maintaining technology systems that support business operations. These assignments ensure secure connectivity, scalable platforms, and reliable data flow to enable efficient production, supply chain management, and enterprise-wide digital transformation—especially during the separation from Owens Corning. Roles may be temporary or ongoing and can include direct ownership of IT service delivery for one or more manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, defining identity strategy, standards, and roadmaps across the enterprise
  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, including identity lifecycle, access governance, and privileged access controls
  • Define and govern enterprise identity architecture, including role models, access frameworks, and integration patterns across applications and infrastructure
  • Support and optimize IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt or similar), including solution design, role engineering, and compliance enforcement
  • Define and implement Zero Trust security principles across the enterprise, with identity as the core control plane
  • Lead global SAP security architecture and operations, including roles/authorizations, segregation of duties (SoD), and integration with enterprise IAM solutions
  • Partner with ERP, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and scalable access models across SAP environments globally
  • Lead and enhance Operational Technology (OT) Security, including alignment of identity, access, and segmentation strategies across manufacturing environments
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security and operations teams to define secure connectivity models between IT and OT domains
  • Establish and enforce global governance, audit, and compliance controls for identity and access management
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement scalable, secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards
  • IT Engineering (As Assigned)
    • Own IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver IT services aligned with business needs during organizational transitions, including separation activities
    • Participate in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology solutions that support core business operations and digital transformation
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, IAM, or related roles in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture, including identity lifecycle, RBAC, and access governance models
  • Demonstrated experience designing and leading IAM architectures across complex enterprise environments
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as Saviynt or similar identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions is preferred
  • Experience with SAP security, including roles, authorizations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks
  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture or Zero Trust implementation, particularly identity-centric models
  • Experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) or manufacturing environments is preferred
  • Strong understanding of security principles across identity, application, and network domains
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills, including translating technical strategy into business-aligned outcomes
Work Conditions
  • Travel required to support U.S. locations and global manufacturing facilities as needed
  • Additional hours may be required based on project timelines, global coordination, or security incidents
