The lead will manage organizational readiness and change control for a large-scale identity governance program, bridging the gap between platform engineering and end users. Responsibilities include running migration communications, coordinating application owner engagement, and maintaining the change control framework for platform configuration.

Olympus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual with strong change management, communication, and organizational skills to join our growing Identity and Access Management practice as an IT Change Management and Organizational Readiness Lead. This role is ideal for an experienced change management professional with a background in IAM modernization, cloud migration readiness, and stakeholder engagement who is ready to lead adoption and change control for a large-scale identity governance program within a dynamic federal contracting environment.

You will own the bridge between platform engineering and the people who have to live in the new system — running change control for a SailPoint-based identity governance platform and a RadiantOne virtual directory environment, while building the readiness, training, and communications that get application owners, managers, and approvers through each migration wave.

What You Will Do

•     Own the readiness workbook and communications plan for a phased, multi-bureau identity platform migration.

•     Run application owner engagement for legacy workloads moving to the new platform: owner identification, readiness intake, entitlement cleanup coordination, cutover communications, and post-cutover support messaging.

•     Build end-user enablement, including manager and approver job aids for access request and certification workflows, with training sessions timed to each migration wave.

•     Support identity governance working groups: agendas, decision capture, action tracking, and the follow-through between meetings.

•     Translate agency-specific dependencies (change windows, internal change control, resourcing, schedule) into program schedule inputs and risk register entries with named owners.

•     Operate the change intake path for platform configuration changes: submission criteria, logging, triage, and entry into the delivery sprint.

•     Maintain the change control framework: change categories, required approvals and evidence, documentation and back-out expectations, and escalation paths.

•     Run the change calendar, sequencing platform configuration changes against migration waves, agency change windows, and blackout periods.

•     Track vendor-driven platform releases, assess business impact with the platform architects, and get ahead of user-visible changes with proactive communications.

•     Govern promotion into production: every change carries a change record, test evidence, a named approver, and advance notice to affected application owners.

•     Screen change requests for security relevance against a documented trigger list and route flagged items to the security and compliance team within a defined SLA.

•     Track security-driven change work to closure in a program-visible register and escalate stalled items with a named owner and age.

What You Need

•     Bachelor’s degree and 5 to 10 years leading IT change management and user-adoption initiatives.

•     Certification in Prosci, PMP, or an equivalent change-management methodology.

•     Experience with federal IAM modernization or cloud migration change readiness programs.

•     Experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, and intake coordination.

•     Familiarity with SailPoint and RadiantOne and their organizational impact on end users.

•     U.S. citizenship, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate risk federal public trust clearance for the life of the engagement.

•     Ability to meet federal onboarding requirements, including background investigation, fingerprinting, and mandatory security and PIV training.
