The Role

As the International Growth & Strategy Manager, you will be the strategic engine behind our global market expansion across 200+ countries. Your insights and playbooks will directly accelerate international revenue and defend Holafly's market leadership worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and own the global GTM strategy and market prioritization frameworks from scratch.

  • Build analytical models for market sizing, resource allocation, and competitive intelligence.

  • Define tailored entry strategies covering positioning, pricing, and channel mix for new regions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to drive localization and brand consistency.

  • Lead strategic reviews with local teams to remove growth blockers and realign execution priorities.

  • Present high-impact recommendations directly to senior leadership to guide global investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in international expansion, GTM strategy, or top-tier strategy consulting.

  • Proven track record launching and scaling digital consumer products across multiple global geographies.

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience building bottom-up market sizing and prioritization models.

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills to influence Product, Marketing, and local teams without direct authority.

  • Full professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the travel-tech, eSIM, or telecom sectors.

  • Familiarity with industry data tools like IATA, Euromonitor, or Looker Studio.

  • Background in building local strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry.
