Design, build, and maintain integrations and data pipelines between business applications like Salesforce, Rillet, and Snowflake. Identify and automate manual processes while ensuring reliable data flow and system monitoring.
Integration and Automation Engineer
About us:
At Fullbay, our mission is simple — to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation— for our teams and our customers. Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company.
Position Overview:
Fullbay runs on a growing portfolio of business applications, and the Integration & Automation Engineer makes them work as one system. You'll design, build, and operate the integrations, data pipelines, and automations that connect Rillet, Salesforce, Masset, Slack, and the Snowflake data warehouse, so data moves reliably, manual work disappears, and reporting can be trusted.
This is a core technical seat inside IT and Security, and an early one. You'll set the standards for how integrations get built, monitored, documented, and secured, all while supporting two parallel product platforms during the migration. The work also lays the foundation for how AI agents access Fullbay's data, which makes this a chance to shape both how the company runs today and how it uses AI tomorrow.
The Right Wrench for the Job
In a heavy-duty shop, the best technicians know that a truck doesn't run on one good part. It runs because the fuel system, the electrical harness, and the ECM all talk to each other without anyone thinking about it. When one connection fails, the whole rig sits in the bay. That's the work this role owns: the connections nobody notices until they break.
You're the right fit if you take pride in integrations that run quietly, fail loudly, and can be picked up by someone else without a phone call. You're comfortable moving from an API doc to a Snowflake model to a runbook in the same afternoon, you treat credentials and service accounts with the care they deserve, and you're curious about how AI agents will tap into company data in the years ahead.
This isn't the role for someone who needs a dedicated integration team, an established architecture, and a backlog that's already been scoped. If you do your best work when the standards are already written and someone else decides how things connect, this isn't your shop. But if you're energized by building the plumbing from scratch, enjoy partnering with Finance, RevOps, and IT to turn manual pain into reliable automation, and want to help define how Fullbay's data works for both people and agents, we'd like to talk.
