Cha & Associates Inc. is looking for an ambitious Insurance Sales Producer to join our Madison, WI team. This is a sales-driven position for someone who enjoys prospecting, following up, closing opportunities, and building a book of business.

What You'll Do
- Prospect for new customers through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective clients.
- Build relationships and uncover customers' insurance needs.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
- Educate customers on products, coverage options, and discounts.
- Cross-sell and bundle products when appropriate.
- Ask for the sale and work opportunities through to the close.
- Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales activity.
- Deliver a professional customer experience from the first conversation through the sale and beyond.
- Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
- Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire.
- Confident communicator who is comfortable talking with customers.
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new business.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive, professional, and coachable.
- Willing to learn, accept feedback, and continually improve.
- Enjoys being part of a team while taking ownership of individual results.
