Role
Our client is looking for an Insurance Administrative Assistant to support the operations of a growing insurance agency based in the U.S.

In this role, you will assist with administrative and policy related tasks, helping ensure smooth operations across client accounts, billing inquiries, and insurance documentation. The ideal candidate has previous experience supporting insurance teams and is comfortable working with multiple systems and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative operations within the insurance agency
• Assist with policy servicing and insurance related documentation
• Handle billing inquiries and assist in resolving policy billing issues
• Maintain accurate client records and account information within the database
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone from clients and prospects
• Proactively track and follow up on missing information, signatures, and documents needed to issue or update policies
• Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance administrative support roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level, both verbal and written)
• Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and online systems
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new tools quickly

Highly preferred

• Experience working within Personal Lines Insurance, particularly Homeowners and Auto Insurance
• Strong understanding of casualty insurance processes and terminology

Nice to Have

• Experience using HawkSoft and PL Rating software
• Experience handling insurance billing issues and payment-related inquiries
• Previous experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency
