AI Summary

Design and implement end-to-end learning solutions that address specific business performance challenges rather than just creating content. Partner with project managers to analyze data, validate learning hypotheses through pilots, and iterate on solutions to ensure measurable impact.

We are looking for an Instructional Designer for our Learning & Development Team — a role focused on solving business and performance challenges through learning rather than simply creating training content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a corporate L&D environment, applying a product mindset, and making decisions even when data is incomplete.

Challenges that await you:

  • Design learning solutions that address real business and performance challenges rather than simply delivering training content
  • Define learning objectives, expected behavioral changes, and measurable business outcomes for every initiative
  • Design end-to-end learning experiences, including learning architecture, learning paths, practice activities, reinforcement, and transfer to the workplace
  • Select the most effective learning format for each challenge, whether it's a course, simulation, checklist, case study, manager enablement, or an in-workflow intervention
  • Create high-quality learning content that supports measurable performance improvement
  • Formulate learning hypotheses, validate them through pilots and iterations, and continuously improve learning solutions based on data
  • Apply both learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness and measure impact
  • Design MVP learning solutions and pilot programs before scaling initiatives across the organization
  • Partner with L&D Project Managers to analyze results, identify what worked, and iterate on future solutions
  • Maintain and continuously improve the knowledge base, ensuring it remains a practical tool rather than a static repository
  • Develop reusable learning frameworks and scalable design patterns instead of building every solution from scratch

What makes you a great fit:

  • Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning & Development is required
  • Experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, Methodologist, or in a similar role
  • Experience applying both learning and business metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
  • Product mindset with the ability to start from business goals and desired outcomes rather than content creation
  • Experience working with hypotheses, experimentation, validation, and iterative improvement
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information
  • Confidence to challenge training requests when learning is not the right solution and recommend a more effective approach
  • C1 English level for effective communication with an international team

Your bonus skills:

  • Experience working in both corporate Learning & Development and EdTech environments
  • Experience supporting learning in fast-growing technology or product-driven companies
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Understanding of how learning initiatives influence business performance and operational metrics
  • Spanish language skills
Our ways of working:
  • Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions
  • Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication
  • Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community
  • Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together
  • High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status quo of incumbent finances

Our benefits:

  • Relocation support to Serbia with assistance for the employee and their family
  • Flexible work from our office or remote
  • Healthcare Coverage
  • Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
  • Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
  • Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
