As a Recruitment Account Executive, you'll help local businesses find great talent and grow their brands through recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions. What You'll Do

You'll work with small and medium-sized businesses by:

  • Building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prospecting through phone calls, email, and warm leads
  • Learning clients' hiring and marketing needs through consultative conversations
  • Recommending recruitment advertising and digital marketing solutions
  • Growing accounts through renewals, upsells, and cross-selling
  • Managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Meeting monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding client experience

What You'll Sell

You'll represent a full suite of digital advertising solutions, including:

  • Recruitment & Job Advertising
  • Social Media Advertising
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Connected TV (CTV) & OTT Advertising
  • Display, Video & Mobile Advertising
  • Brand Content & Audience Engagement Solutions

What We're Looking For

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A competitive mindset and desire to learn
  • Confidence talking with people over the phone
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience is a bonus

This is a union position affiliated with the Erie Newspaper Guild Local 38187. This is a remote work position, based in the Erie, PA area with potential for local training on-site. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience.
