  4. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  5. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services via cold calling and reaching out to prospects in LinkedIn
  6. Scheduling appointments, taking notes during meetings, and following up with clients afterwards to get some opportunity.
  7. Support sales by analyzing opportunities and communicates sales collateral within their area of focus. May be brought in by partner to sell company brand to end customers.
  8. Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
  9. ISR must know how to Compose e-mail and respond to prospects
  10. Influence partners to create and maintain their company funnel.
  11. Participate in events, webinars to build a pipeline post event
  12. Support campaigns and should know how to create one
  13. Coordinating with different stakeholders, sales, and marketing team
  14. Adaptable and flexible- will we shadowing sales representative in geo time zones

Key competencies

Functional:

  1. Experience in BFSI sales (Good to have)
  2. Previous experience in outbound calling 
  3. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.com, HubSpot.
  4. Must have excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  5. Strong listening and sales communication skills.
  6. Ability to achieve targets.
  7. Exceptional customer service skills.
