Through proprietary marketing channels, internal lead scoring systems, and a high-volume outreach model, they help individuals explore career-focused educational opportunities while supporting partner schools with qualified student inquiries. As demand continues to grow, they are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to engage prospective students, qualify opportunities, and guide individuals through the next steps of the enrollment process.

Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for following up with prospective students who have already expressed interest in trade schools and vocational education programs. The Inside Sales Representative will build rapport, understand educational goals, present relevant program options, and guide qualified prospects through the qualification process. This is not a cold-calling position, as every lead has previously requested information and is expecting outreach. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys phone-based communication, relationship building, and working within a structured, performance-driven sales environment.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Lead Outreach & Engagement

  • Contact prospective students who have already expressed interest in trade school or vocational education programs.

  • Build rapport quickly through engaging and conversational communication.

  • Follow a structured sales process while adapting naturally to each prospect's needs.

  • Maintain a high level of daily outbound call activity.

  • Establish trust and positive engagement throughout the sales conversation.

Lead Qualification & Program Matching

  • Understand each prospect's educational goals, interests, and motivations.

  • Present relevant school and program options based on fit and availability.

  • Answer questions and address concerns throughout the qualification process.

  • Guide qualified prospects toward the next step in the enrollment journey.

  • Help prospects evaluate available educational opportunities.

CRM Management & Documentation

  • Accurately document call outcomes and prospect information.

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records within company systems.

  • Utilize CRM and dialing platforms throughout the sales process.

  • Ensure all required information is captured accurately and completely.

  • Maintain data integrity across prospect records.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

  • Participate in coaching, training, and quality assurance initiatives.

  • Apply feedback to improve sales performance and communication effectiveness.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

  • Continuously improve call quality and conversion performance.

Qualifications Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, phone sales, appointment setting, lead qualification, or high-volume outbound calling environments.

  • Experience working warm inbound leads strongly preferred.

  • Experience working within sales, customer-facing, or performance-based environments.

  • Call center experience preferred.

  • Retail sales experience is a plus.

  • Hospitality experience is a plus.

  • Bartending experience is a plus.

  • Serving experience is a plus.

  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and dialing platforms preferred.

Qualifications Skills
