Your tasks
As the Inside Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and qualifying incoming sales enquiries, leads and opportunities. You will also support the Field Sales Team with chasing potential orders and identifying new opportunities through a proactive approach. The ideal candidate would be extremely well organised and detail orientated with tenacious follow up and superior customer service skills.
Inside sales professionals need strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. They also require proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to optimize their workflow and performance.
